The Rewley House lift is being refurbished starting at the end of January. The work is expected to last approximately 3 months. During this period it will not be possible to provide access to the lower floor of the Library for readers unable to use the stairs. Library staff will of course be pleased to fetch books for borrowing, or study in the reading room, but browsing the shelves will not be possible.
The Library apologises for any inconvenience caused by this work
