The Rewley House Continuing Education Library website has a new Help Centre area to answer your questions about using library services and resources. Links are provided as appropriate to other parts of the website and also to guides and tutorials provided by other Bodleian Libraries
The Help Centre is still under development. New topics will be added as well as more online demonstrations and tutorials.
We welcome your feedback on this new facility. You can post a comment on the blog or email us at library@conted.ox.ac.uk

Changes to Library PCs
From 29th March you will need to log in to use PCs in the Library
Why?
PCs will be upgarded with new applications and you will be able to save files to the desktop. The change is also required to comply with University IT regulations
How do I log in?
You log on using the barcode number on your University/Library card and the password you use for accessing your record on OLIS, to reserve or renew books, or making stack requests.
If you have a card with your photo, the password is usually your date of birth in the format 25mar2010 - you may have changed this.
If you have a Continuing Education Library card (no photo) your password will be the same as the barcode unless you have changed it. If it is the same as the barcode, it will need resetting, please ask staff.
I'm in a hurry!
We have one Sun Ray (networked terminal) which does not require you to log in
How can I find out more?
See the Reader FAQ guide, also available in the Library

Library name changes
Today, on Sir Thomas Bodley’s 465th birthday, Oxford University Library Services has been renamed the Bodleian Libraries. The central Bodleian will continue to be known as the Bodleian Library, and the collective name for the libraries comprising the integrated library service will be the Bodleian Libraries. The main Libraries website has changed to http://www.bodleian.ox.ac.uk/
Many of libraries are also changing their names. The Continuing Education Library becomes Rewley House Continuing Education Library. One practical implication of the change is that if you are used to limiting your search on SOLO to Continuing Education Library, you will have to scroll further down the list to select Rewley House Continuing Education Library (On the SOLO screen, click ‘All libraries/collections’ and select the library of your choice to restrict search results to holdings in that library)
