The system migration will take place during 8th-18th July. During this time:
- SOLO will remain available for checking the holdings and locations of item, but availability will not be updated and new items will not be added
- It will not be possible to access your patron record, or to request books to be fetched from closed stacks to reading rooms. If you need to consult items from the stacks, please order them during the first week in July, the earlier the better.
- It will be possible to request some Special Collections material manually, please see the Bodleian Libraries website for more information
- Access to e-resources will not be affected.
Loan services will continue as normal, although you will not be able to check your record. No items will be due back during the period 8th-18th July, so you will not need to renew during this period.
